Soccer Homework WEEK 4

Dear Players,

We hope everything good with you and you work hard on the soccer and conditioning exercises every day.

Please follow and use our videos from the prior weeks as well as the new WEEK 4 workout.

We sent to you two Homeworks with Game Analysis about two Champions league games, but we haven’t received it from all of the players. Make sure to complete them and send the results to Coach Attila.

Today we send to you a conditioning practice. The instructions are the following:

  • You will need one Soccer Ball and one Tennis ball

  • Pause the video between every exercise for 45-60 seconds, while you can drink some water too.

  • Do the exercises tomorrow (Tuesday); Thursday and Saturday! Do two rounds on Saturday!
