Soccer Homework WEEK 2

Hello guys,

This is a simple, 42 minutes long session for our players. You can do it real time as you watch it. We specifically chose basic exercises that are easy to follow and do not require too much assistance/corrections. You should set up the cones in the garden or in the living room.

  • 7 cones;

  • 1 ball;

  • 1 roll of toilet paper;

  • and a shirt that you will put down to the ground.
